Booking & Payment

Simply fill in our online enquiry form or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook. Tell us your event date, location, and which services you're interested in, and we'll come back to you with availability and a bespoke quote within 24 hours.
Yes — a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total hire cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and school holidays — our popular dates fill up fast! We do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability, so it's always worth getting in touch even at short notice.
Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to move your booking to a new date (subject to availability) at no extra charge, provided you give us at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges — full details are in our booking agreement.

Delivery & Setup

We're based in Nottingham and cover the wider East Midlands area including Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Newark, Loughborough, and many more towns. Delivery is free within 15 miles of Nottingham. A small mileage charge applies beyond that — just share your postcode when you enquire and we'll confirm the cost upfront.
Depending on the size and complexity of your hire, setup typically takes between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. We always arrive in plenty of time before your event starts so everything is ready when your guests arrive. Takedown is usually 30–60 minutes after your hire period ends.
Space requirements vary by product — we'll confirm the exact dimensions when you enquire. As a guide, our standard bouncy castles need approximately 5m × 5m of flat, clear space. Please also account for 1–2m clearance on all sides and overhead clearance of 4–5m for inflatable height. We'll advise exactly what's needed for your chosen items.
Standard hires run for up to 4 hours of party time, with our team arriving early to set up and returning at the end to collect. Full-day and extended hire options are available — please ask when enquiring. The hire price always includes delivery, setup, and collection.

Safety & Suitability

Absolutely. All our inflatables are PAT tested annually and we hold full public liability insurance. We adhere to all RPII (Register of Play Inspectors International) guidelines. Documentation is available on request. Your children's safety is our absolute top priority.
Our soft play is designed for children aged 0–5. Our bouncy castles and bubble houses are suitable for older children (typically up to 12 years or a maximum weight of 100kg per individual — adults are not advised to use inflatables). We'll always be clear about the recommended age and weight limits for each specific product when you book.
We take hygiene extremely seriously. Every inflatable, soft play piece, and accessory is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with child-safe products between every single hire. Our white equipment is particularly carefully maintained — any marks or stains are addressed immediately so everything arrives looking spotless.

Weather & Outdoor Use

Yes — all our inflatables can be used both indoors and outdoors. Outdoors, we need a flat, clear, grassed or paved surface and will securely anchor the equipment. Indoor use requires adequate ceiling height (at least 4–5m). Let us know your venue type when you enquire.
For outdoor events, we monitor the weather forecast closely in the days leading up to your event. Inflatables cannot be used in sustained winds above 24mph, heavy rain, or lightning. If severe weather is forecast and outdoor use is unsafe, we'll contact you as early as possible to discuss options — including moving the setup indoors if feasible. We'll always work with you to find the best solution.
Light showers are usually fine — inflatables are waterproof and children tend not to mind a little drizzle! In heavier rain, for safety and comfort we'd recommend moving items indoors if possible. We'll always discuss the options with you on the day. If the weather makes the hire impossible to proceed safely, we'll work with you on rescheduling.
